So don't worry we will be here for you to collect current orders but also make new orders. Anything ordered through the web to the local area will be subject to a click and collect option. This feature is not currently available on the website however, chose any delivery option and we will call you to check if it is for collection or delivery and we will refund any delivery charges to you immediately if you chose to pick up from our local store in Poole!

Rest assured all your orders are safe and ready for whenever you are, we have had to develop and adapt our business over the last 12 months to suit our new environment, we will re-introducing a 2 person maximum from each household to avoid overcrowding, we have a clear right of way system for the upstairs showroom and have sanitisation and a regular cleaning routine, we will continue to follow up on this keeping our customers safe. All of our staff are able to wear facemasks and will continue to do so for your safety, plus our catalogues are rotated and refreshed to ensure that safe use of them when browsing for new products. 

Our online sales have really increased throughout the first lockdown, we have introduced loads of new range videos which you can find on our homepage, so sat from the comfort of your own home you can listen to one of our experts explain and show you a full range of products with their unique functionality! The Sciency Bit: Ultraviolet Germicidal Irridiation has been used in medical practices since the 20th century, the ultraviolet light creates an inhospitable environement for microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, moulds and other pathogens. This radiation is let off by the sun already, however our ozone blocks this from our surface. This fitting brings those rays into a localised environement to dirtupt and break down the DNA of microoganisms, destroying nucliec acids.
